Harry Kyriazis

Harry Kyriazis, Civ. Engineer, MBA, Ph.D., started his career in manufacturing, and served as Secretary General of the Ministry of National Economy (1992-1993). From 1994 until 2011 he has been a tax and consulting unit Head in Arthur Andersen and PwC, with diverse experience in private and public sector projects. He also has significant exposure in public policy matters, advising the Government, and lobbying for the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) where he served as Executive Vice-Chairman (2011-2015) and as an Advisor to its Board on social dialogue & corporate governance (until Sept. 2019). He currently participates in Boards or serves as Audit Committee Chair of listed and unlisted companies (DEPA Infrastructures, Lamda Development, PQH, Skama). He also serves, among other, in the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and as Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee of BusinessEurope.

Ioanna Kazanova

Ioanna Kazanova studied Economics and served for more than 25 years as a manager at Roche (Hellas) SA. Initially she was Manager for Planning, Imports and Production Support, whereas her responsibilities grew to include Logistics and Purchasing. She has been involved in the implementation of successive ERP’s and has created her own customized planning application that is still in use today. She participated in numerous internal working groups in Greece and at the Swiss Headquarters concerning IT implementation and Marketing, and undertook coaching and development of younger staff in the administrative area.
